Orford Refrigeration is looking for someone to join our small team.
This position is permanent full-time.
Our new team member will be adaptable and willing to undertake a number of diverse tasks.
The candidate will fit the following criteria

The role includes
Take Customer phone calls
Assist customer with their enquiries
Managing the warranty processes including following up on any outstanding warranty work
Provide customer quotes, convert to invoices and email to customers
Use the company Reckon system to its fullest extent
Pick, pack and ship spare parts
Notify the team when stock shortages may occur
Function as a product champion
Cover the tasks of other team members when required
Participating in Asset Management of fleets of commercial refrigerators situated around Australia.
