You will lead frontline leaders and operators who value quality and safety, driving outcomes across safety, delivery and people management in a quick‐paced FMCG setting.
The role requires hands‐on leadership, a focus on SOP/QA/QC, and strong Lean thinking to embed best practices on the floor.
A bachelor's degree is a plus, with extensive experience preferred.
