Job Description
The Fresh Collective is seeking an experienced Larder Sous Chef to lead the larder section in our production kitchen in Redfern.
This full time role focuses on quality, consistency and presentation of salads, sandwiches, fruit platters, canapés and delivered catering for Sydney's premier events.
You'll supervise staff, ensure accurate mise en place, manage stock levels and uphold strict food safety standards in a high-volume environment.
