Carrington Care in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to efficiently allocate around 450 staff across four onsite residential aged care facilities operating 24/7.
You will develop and manage rosters, ensure adequate coverage for resident care, and be the first contact for roster and attendance issues.
This full time role offers standard hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, with base salary, leave loading, superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging.
