Calm Tree is seeking experienced male and female Support Workers to assist participants across the North Gold Coast area (Nerang to Pimpama), providing In-Home Support and/or Community Access.
You'll work to support participants to build independence, confidence and capacity, with duties including daily living skills, medication support, community participation, and helping participants achieve personal goals.
