The Role
We are seeking an experiencedFull-Time Service Receptionistto join our Service Department atBerwick Toyota.
This is afront-of-house, customer-focused positionwhere you will be the first point of contact for our service customers.
You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience, both in person and over the phone.
Your days will be fast-paced and varied, requiring strong communication, organisation, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities




Meeting and greeting customers in a warm and professional manner
Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Booking service appointments and managing the service calendar
Keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience
Coordinating courtesy vehicles
Supporting the Service team with general administrative duties
Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming reception area
Handling customer queries and escalating where required
Must Have
Previousservice reception or customer service experience(automotive highly regarded)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional and well-presented
High attention to detail and time management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
A team-focused attitude with a positive, can-do approach
