Our client is seeking an experiencedPMO Reporting Analystto support project and portfolio reporting within a project/PMO environment.
This isnot a general BI or Data Analyst role.
We are looking for someone with experience working in a large PMO with hands-on experience inproject reporting, including costs, resourcing, milestones, project status, risks and issues.
You will be responsible for consolidating project information, producing portfolio-level reporting and providing meaningful insights to support project and program stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate current project reporting information on costs, resourcing, milestones, project status reporting, risks and issues.
Identify improvement opportunities in the current reporting processes




Provide insights on projects, programs and portfolios

Key Skills Required
Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, with extensive experience in complex reporting, data analysis, dashboards, pivot tables, formulas and data manipulation.
Demonstrated experience inproject, program or portfolio reporting
Hands-on experience reporting onproject costs, budgets, resourcing, milestones, risks and issues
Experience working within aPMO, project controls or project management environment
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn project information into meaningful insights
Experience identifying and implementingreporting process improvements
Working knowledge ofSAP, particularlySAP PPM and/or SAP PS
Exposure to project management methodologies and processes
