You'll take the lead on the floor and be responsible for delivering smooth, consistent service and managing the day-to-day FOH operation.
You'll be involved in reservations, POS, daily bookings, stock and general FOH operations, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Wine is a big part of what we do.
You should be confident talking about wine, recommending bottles and pairings, and selling wine to guests.

About you
Has solid experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager
Is ready to step up and take ownership of the floor




Is passionate about hospitality, food and wine
Is confident recommending and selling wine
Cares about quality and attention to detail
Is comfortable using POS and reservation systems
Is calm, organised and hands-on during service
Wants to learn, grow and help build a new restaurant from the beginning
