Baldwin Living Northside is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our friendly retirement community in Brisbane.
You will handle repairs, minor painting, grounds maintenance, and safety checks, reporting to the Village Manager.
You should have 3+ years in property or building maintenance, robust communication, a current driver's licence, and be willing to obtain a Police Clearance.
This role offers 24 hours per week over four days, with a 7am–3pm window and a supportive team
