Ingenia Communities is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Cairns Coconut Holidays in Cairns, Australia.
You'll perform scheduled, preventative and reactive maintenance across accommodation, amenities and shared areas, keeping the park secure, clean and welcoming for guests.
You'll use hands-on skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs, troubleshoot issues quickly, and work with residents, guests and contractors.
