We are looking for a recent candidate to join our team who would be required to work in both Milton & South Brisbane buildings and potentially in a few other locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Irrigation System R&M;
Experienced painter
Property handy person/maintenance
Troubleshooting appliance breakdowns
Liaising with the Building Manager
We have a comprehensive list of tasks/procedures for you to follow, on a day-to-day basis, which you will be provided once you are contacted for interviews.
Role will require:
General Maintenance and quick repairs.
Painting
Bins towing
