Cornerstone Medical Recruitment – Brisbane QLD is seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to oversee a large aged care residence in East Brisbane, supporting almost 200 residents. You will lead a clinical leadership team, ensure high-quality resident-centred care, and drive governance and compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape operational performance, implement improvements, and foster a positive workplace culture with multidisciplinary teams.
