This role will include an initial two-week full time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm), to support the completion of mandatory training and onboarding requirements.

Key responsibilities
You’ll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
You’ll perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
You’ll assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering qualified advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds.
