We're partnering with a leading Australian law firm looking to bring on a Senior Business Analyst to work across their core practice management and document systems.
A hands‐on role owning how those platforms run and evolve, working closely with the business to improve the way they support the firm day to day.
The Opportunity
Own the day to day running of the firm's practice management and document platforms, including configuration and changes
Gather requirements from across the business and turn them into a clear, prioritised pipeline of work
Deliver enhancements, upgrades and integration work, through to UAT and release
Act as the first point of contact for system issues and change requests
Identify where processes are creating friction for users and put fixes in place
Support reporting and data quality across both platforms




Work with vendors on support, changes and platform roadmap
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Business Analyst or similar inside a law firm or professional services business
Hands‐on experience with a legal practice management system such as Elite 3E or Aderant
Exposure to document management platforms such as iManage or NetDocuments
Good understanding of how matters run, including billing and document processes
Comfortable with SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS
Experience delivering system upgrades and enhancements, including requirements and UAT
Solid communicator across technical and business audiences
