Providence Medical Ettalong is seeking afriendly, organised Medical Receptionistto join our busy general practice on a part-time basis.Commitment of 16 hours per week is required.
Located in beautiful Ettalong Beach, this is a great opportunity to work in asupportive team environmentwhile making a real difference in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming patients and providing excellent front desk service
Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
General administration and reception duties
Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
About You:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Previous reception/admin experience (medical highly regarded)
Experience with medical software (Best Practice preferred)
Knowledge ofMedicare billing processes (Necessary)
