As theHead Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and leading a team of passionate chefs to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
This full-time role is integral to the success of our establishment and offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement creative and cutting-edge menu concepts that showcase the best of local and seasonal produce
Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to health and safety standards
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a exceptional guest experience
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance the overall culinary offering
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
What we're looking for




Minimum 4 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role within the hospitality industry
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing creative menu concepts that showcase seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a team of chefs
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
