Value Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our Western Sydney team.
You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in homes, SIL settings, and the community, promoting independence and dignity.
The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage daily living tasks, with shifts across evenings, weekends and public holidays if needed.
