Aspire Early Education Atherstone is seeking a Diploma-qualified Room Leader for the Banksia Room, overseeing a team of educators for ages 2-3 years.
You will lead, mentor and deliver high-quality play-based learning in a safe, inclusive workplace.
You will be responsible for planning, relationships with families, wellbeing, and compliance while collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to ensure consistent practices across the centre.
