Classic Embroidery & Ringers Western is looking for an organised, friendly and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team in Helensvale. This is a varied, office-based position combining general administration, customer service and order support. You'll communicate with customers face-to-face, over the phone and by email while helping ensure orders move smoothly through our embroidery and garment-decoration processes.
Key responsibilities
Providing friendly and qualified customer service in person, by phone and via email
Responding to customer enquiries and providing order updates
Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer and product information
Assisting with quotes, invoices and general accounts administration
Coordinating with the production team to support workflow and order deadlines
Managing data entry, filing and general office administration
Using Xero, NetSuite, Gorgias, Peoplevox, Gmail and Microsoft Office
Assisting with heat press and embroidery-related tasks when required
Maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional office environment
About you
Previous experience in administration,
customer service or a similar office-based role
Confident and professional face-to-face communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
Confidence learning and working across multiple systems
Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft Office
A positive, practical attitude and willingness to assist the wider team
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Experience using Xero, NetSuite, Gorgias or Peoplevox would be advantageous but is not essential
Previous experience with embroidery, garment decoration or heat-press equipment will be highly regarded
