No experience needed — we train you.
Questa Property Services is a family-run cleaning company that has worked across Sydney's North Shore since ****.
We clean homes, strata common areas, offices and end-of-lease properties.
We are looking for cleaners to join our crews.

We would rather you decide now that this is not the job for you than find out in week two.
What we care about Trust.
You work in people's homes, often when nobody is there, and you carry their keys.
We only hire people we would be comfortable handing a key to.
A police check is part of our offer process.
Honesty.
If something breaks, if a job took longer than it should have, or if you did not understand an instruction — tell us.
Nobody here gets in trouble for saying what actually happened.
Hiding it is the only thing that ends badly.
Hard work.
Our cleans are done properly, not quickly.
You finish the room, then you go back and check your own work.
If you have been taught to cut corners somewhere else, this will not suit you.
What the work is really like




You are on your feet the whole shift — bending, kneeling, reaching overhead and scrubbing.
You lift and carry equipment, sometimes up stairs.
There are early starts, and in summer you will be working in empty houses with the air conditioning off.
The role involves standing for up to six hours, repeated bending and kneeling, lifting up to 15 kg, and carrying equipment up stairs.
What you do not need Cleaning experience.
We teach you our method from the start.
A licence or a car.
You travel with your crew.
If you do drive, that is a plus, not a requirement.
Perfect English.
But you do need to ask when you are not sure.
Nodding when you have not understood is the one thing that does not work here, especially around chemicals.
What we offer Paid at the Cleaning Services Award rate, plus superannuation.
Casual shifts to start, with a move to part-time hours once you are through training.
Real training, and we pay you for the time you spend on it.
Every job we do is written down step by step, so you are taught exactly how — you are never left to guess.
You start alongside an experienced cleaner and take on your own work once you are ready.
