Originally established in ****, Mitch's Meals has grown consistently and operates from a purpose-built facility in Marrickville. Mitch's Meals produces pre-packaged meals and distributes across both Current South Wales and Queensland.

As a smaller business within the pre-packaged meals industry the focus is on quality of meals. We are an owner-operated business and the founder Mitch is still heavily involved in all operations.

The Roles
n
Mitch's Meals is currently looking to fill multiple Cook positions at our Marrickville facility. The role requires:
n
Ability to prepare and manage over 100+ variety of meals
n
Preparing and cooking food
n
Managing ovens, bratt pan and other cooking equipment
n




Correct portioning of food to ensure consistency
n
Examining and quality assurance of food to ensure highest quality is maintained
n
Right to work within Australia
n
Salary
n
$70,000 - $85,000 + super - (depending on experience)
n
Qualifications Required
n
Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and pre-packaged food preparation
n
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Full Time Cook
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
A passion for quality and consistence
n
Adheres to OHS and Food Safety regulations
