Job Description
Northern Sydney Local Health District, Brookvale NSW, is seeking a Community Mental Health Clinician to join the Acute Care Team on a temporary part time basis (15 hours/week) at Brookvale Community Health Centre.
The role focuses on triage, assessment, treatment and case management within a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration in a relevant discipline and be eligible for AASW membership if a social worker.
