You will partner with the CEO to oversee people, administration, accounts, pricing, marketing and performance, ensuring a safe, welcoming, child-focused workplace.
You will supervise 9 direct reports, drive efficiency, profitability and customer service, and prepare monthly reports.
A strong commercial mindset and leadership presence are essential.
