MYLO is looking for two organised, reliable and friendly people to join our small, close-knit team in Eagle Farm as Bookings & Schedulers.
No previous scheduling experience is required — we will train you!
MYLO started in Victoria and now operates across VIC, NSW, SA and QLD.
We provide safety compliance, property maintenance and home modification services across Australia.
A big part of our Queensland operation is smoke alarm inspection, installation and maintenance.
The work we coordinate helps protect families, tenants and property owners by ensuring homes have properly maintained and compliant smoke alarms.
About the role
Working closely with our Team Leader, technicians and Property Managers, you will help organise daily schedules and keep our technicians running efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Booking appointments with Property Managers and tenants by phone and email
Organising daily runs for technicians and electricians
Allocating jobs according to geographical areas
Using Google Maps to plan efficient travel between properties
Supporting technicians with booking enquiries and changes while they are on the road
Rescheduling appointments and managing changes or cancellations
Maintaining booking information and basic Excel spreadsheets
Using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Working with our CRM, Salesforce
Developing a basic understanding of smoke alarm compliance and positioning
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who:
Are organised, reliable and punctual
Have good administration and customer service skills
Communicate confidently by phone and email
Can work independently but enjoy being part of a team
Have good attention to detail
Have basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Know theBrisbane/Queenslandsuburbs and have a positive understanding of distances between areas
Are keen to learn and develop a career in scheduling
Scheduling experience is not essential.
If you're a great organiser with the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
