ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Fortitude Valley showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
You’ll take ownership of showroom operations, sales performance, and team development while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long‑term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage showroom sales and operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets
Mentor and coach team members to achieve peak performance
Process orders and manage client inquiries through Shopify with precision
Oversee showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
Build future growth plans within the Brisbane market
Establish relationships with local interior designers, architects and related creative industry
ABOUT YOU
Proven showroom or retail management experience (preferably furniture/premium lifestyle brands)
Strong leadership and sales coaching skills with track record of exceeding targets
Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Proactive, hands‑on approach with solutions‑focused mindset
Must be available to work one weekend day per week
Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards
Experience in the furniture or aligned industry
