An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join an established residential builder based in Yeppoon, Queensland.
n
This is a genuine local role offering the opportunity to take ownership of quality residential projects from construction commencement through to completion, working with an experienced and supportive team.
n
The Role
n
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising residential construction projects from start to completion
n
Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades on site
n
Managing construction schedules and ensuring milestones are achieved
n
Conducting site inspections and maintaining quality standards
n
Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
n
Managing materials, deliveries and site resources
n
Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
n
Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and the internal team
n
Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification
n
n




About You
n
We're looking for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and creating well-run, organised sites.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
n
Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction processes
n
Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
n
Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
n
A hands-on, practical approach with strong attention to detail
n
A commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product
n
