Help at Hand Support Services is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers in Recent South Wales who want to positively impact the lives of people with disability. You will deliver person-centred care, shaping daily routines around each client, from outings to medical appointments and home companionship.
The role requires a current Police/Working with Children check, Cert III in Disability or equivalent, and a valid Australian driver's license.
