Capitano in Melbourne is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our management team.
In a fast-paced, Italian-inspired setting, you will lead and coordinate the front-of-house team, ensuring warm, qualified and efficient service.
You will work closely with the kitchen and management, manage reservations and larger bookings, mentor junior staff, and uphold presentation and service standards.
Full-time, paid hourly with 38 hours per week; part-time for the right candidate.
