The Bonaccord Group is an Australian-owned and operated family business producing quality produce since 1975 and freighting perishable goods since 1989. Bonaccord supplies a range of fresh, packed and processed produce nationwide.

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Processing Plant Maintenance team. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role responsible for the maintenance, repair, servicing, and general upkeep of machinery and equipment within our packing shed operations.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Maintenance and repair of processing plant machinery, including:
Hydrocoolers
Wrapping machines
Washing and packing lines
General mechanical servicing and plant upkeep




Assisting with equipment setup and operational support during peak periods

To be successful in this role, applicants must:
Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Be a qualified and experienced Fitter and Turner, or Boilermaker
Have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrate solid interpersonal and time management skills
Be physically fit and capable of manual work in a quick-paced environment

Full time role (38 hours per week)

Availability for some weekend and public holiday work during peak season is required.
