Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an "all-rounder", to join our Sunshine Coast team on a full time basis to assist our painting teams in doing general maintenance duties.
n
Duties include basic carpentry, tiling, door replacement, guttering,
patching/rendering,
pressure cleaning, and related repairs tasks. You may also be asked to assist our Project Managers with some basic estimating and quoting of repairs for our clients.

You will need to have a 'can do' attitude and be self-directed to solve issues,
as this role provides you a high degree of autonomy, often working alone. You will also need to have:

Experience working in
maintenance/remediation
type works
n
Trade qualification is preferable, but not a requirement
n
Experience complying with safety systems and can complete/follow risk assessments
n
Construction White Card and Working With Children Blue card
n
