Parts Interpreter
to join our
multi‐franchise Springwood dealership
, supporting a dynamic team across leading brands.
About the Role
Reporting to the on‐site Parts Manager, you'll play a key role in the day‐to‐day leadership and performance of the Parts Department. You'll support and mentor a small team of Parts Consultants and Interpreters, work closely with Sales, Service and Pre‐Delivery teams, and help drive both customer satisfaction and department profitability.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Minimum




2 years' experience
within an automotive Parts Department
Forklift ticket favoured
Experience working in
multi‐franchise environments
Strong exposure to
inventory control, stocktake processes and accuracy
Exceptional
customer service and communication skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Proven ability to
drive profitability and meet KPIs
Confidence adapting to changing technology, systems and market demands
Leadership capability with a focus on team development and positive culture
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
