Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a Head Chef to prepare, cook and serve nourishing meals for residents at Victoria Park House in Kalgoorlie, catering for up to 51 residents.
The role collaborates with staff to optimise dining and ensure budget alignment.
You will hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cooking and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, with experience in commercial cooking services—preferably in aged care—and knowledge of dietary requirements and secure chemical handling.
