Pathways Residences in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our luxury aged-care kitchen.
This 37.5‐hour, five‐day role runs Wednesday to Sunday, with a focus on leading the catering team and delivering restaurant‐quality dining for residents.
You'll cook daily, uphold high standards of compliance for food, hygiene and safety, oversee food preparation and cleaning, and collaborate with Head Chefs and the Executive Chef.
