Nucleus Network, a leading clinical trials specialist, is hiring an IT Support Officer in Melbourne on a 10-month fixed-term contract.
You will resolve IT requests, configure hardware/software, and administer MS 365 and SharePoint while supporting secure, available technology services.
The role spans cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and workplace tech.
You will work with a team-oriented team across departments, ensure service levels, and contribute to continuous improvement in IT services
