Freedom ANZ is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead a small HR team, partnering with store and distribution leaders across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will report to the GM People & Culture and influence the business with commercial HR leadership.

You will drive workforce planning, succession, performance and culture, manage complex employee relations across AU/NZ, and lead organisational change. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a quick-moving business.
