About the role
This initial four-week assignment offers a varied mix of white-collar recruitment, employee lifecycle, cyclical HR activity and project support.
Working within a small HR team, you will provide practical support across day-to-day HR operations including
Managing white-collar recruitment processes from briefing through to offer
Preparing presentations and supporting materials for talent and succession planning
Coordinating information, reporting and documentation for cyclical HR activities
Preparing employee correspondence and maintaining accurate HR records
Providing support across broader HR initiatives as required
About you
You will be a capable,



hands-on HR practitioner who can quickly understand a recent environment and keep work moving.
You will ideally bring:
Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR Advisor role
Demonstrated experience managing white-collar recruitment
A working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where processes may not always be clearly defined
Able to use initiative and sound judgement while helping to build practical HR processes and documentation
Energised by the opportunity to contribute to a growing and increasingly mature people function
