ISS is seeking an experienced Chef to join our mining village kitchens in Central Queensland.
This in office role operates on a 9 days on/5 days off or 2 weeks on/1 week off roster, reporting to the Head Chef/Village Manager.
You will prepare high-quality meals, uphold HACCP and WHS standards, and mentor junior kitchen staff in a remote mining environment.
Qualifications include Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australia), 2–3 years of cooking experience, and current food safety
