Soho House Brighton seeks a Safety and Operations Manager to ensure a secure, secure environment for guests, staff and assets. You will lead safety compliance, fire and life safety, and drive a culture of safe behaviour across the venue.
You will coordinate with managers to uphold licensing, security and maintenance programs, while managing BOH teams, costs and contractor work. Strong hospitality experience and leadership are essential.
