I am currently partnering with a well-established Western Australian food manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their South West facility.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can bring together people, production, safety and operational performance while driving continuous improvement across the site.
The Role:
Lead and develop site teams across production, maintenance and operational functions
Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement
Oversee daily production and operational performance
Manage labour, resources and site costs effectively
Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and overall site performance
About You:
I am looking for an experienced operational leader who has ideally worked within food manufacturing, meat processing, FMCG or a similar production environment.
Previous experience in a Site Manager, Site Lead, Operations Manager or similar leadership role
Solid people leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing production and operational KPIs
A strong understanding of WHS, quality and compliance
A hands-on, commercially minded approach to operations
The ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement
Experience in a quick-paced manufacturing environment
