The Co-Group Limited is hiring a mature Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support for an 18-year-old man living in Palmview on a casual basis. The role involves assisting with personal care, mobility, mealtime management and community access, including protected wheelchair transfers and daily routines.
