PA for Rehabilitation Facility Director/ 3 days a week
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the director of a thriving Rehabilitation centre in Auburn, NSW.
The assistant will directly support the director by managing their schedule, preparing reports, arranging travel, setting up meetings, and handling correspondence and administrative tasks.
You'll hold a critical operational support role and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
Managing the director's schedule
Preparing reports
Arranging travel
Setting up meetings
Handling correspondence and administrative tasks
Interacting with stakeholders
Running general day to day operations
Liaising with a multitude of external consultants and advisors




Becoming an extension of the executive leadership team for their main business
About you
Must speak fluent Chinese and English
You're an active worker, you think ahead, and deliver to your leader things they didn't even realise they needed.
You make their life easier by providing solutions.
