HammondCare in Sydney is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and manage forecasted rosters for our Home Care services, balancing client needs with workforce availability and care continuity.
This hybrid role will see you work 3 days in the Penrith office and 2 days from home after training, collaborating with Care Team Leaders to support workforce planning and service growth.
You will act as a key contact for scheduling adjustments and monitor performance, utilization and service quality
