THE OPPORTUNITY
AsAssistant Club Manager, you'll support the daily operations of the club while helping deliver an outstanding member experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
Support daily club operations and help lead the sales and fitness teams
Drive membership growth through proactive sales calls, lead follow-up, exceptional customer service and membership sales
Coach, support and motivate staff to achieve individual and club goals
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
Maintain professional standards while promoting member wellbeing
Help maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard club environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example.
You also bring:
Proven experience in similar roles
With leadership or management experience preferred
With strong fitness/gym experience
Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
Preferably with proven experience in Sales and Customer service
Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities




Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Results-driven and proactive attitude
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
