Job Description
Metricon Homes, Australia's leading home builder, seeks a Site Manager to run busy residential sites around Park Ridge, delivering defect-free homes with quality and on-time trades.
You will be primary client contact, oversee site performance, coordinate trades, and resolve issues to ensure premium finishes.
Solid PM skills, knowledge of building regs, and customer-focused communication are essential, as you will manage contracts, schedules, and trades while upholding OH&S; standards.
