Job Description
Uniting Home Care Worker role is to deliver essential in-home support to elderly clients in Lake Haven and surrounding areas.
The permanent part-time role offers flexible hours, Monday to Saturday, and enables you to empower independence in clients' own homes.
You will assist with housekeeping, meals, personal care, and transportation while following care plans and safety checks.
