Kia Ora Stud in NSW is seeking a Finance Manager reporting to the General Manager and working with Directors and Breeding and Farm Operations teams. This is a strategic finance leadership role responsible for governance, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and risk management across the Stud and its investments.

You'll lead a small finance and admin team, drive performance, enhance reporting processes, manage financial and legal risk, and provide strategic advice to the executive team and Board.
