Our client is afast-growing ASX-listed global businessseeking an experiencedCFO & Co. Secto join its senior leadership team. Reporting to theMD & CEO, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, capital management, commercial activities and corporate governance.

Finance & Commercial
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and reporting.
Oversee statutory accounts, audit, & tax.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Support capital raisings, investor relations and debt/equity capital markets activities.
Partner with the MD & CEO on strategic planning, financial modelling, due diligence and growth opportunities.
Provide commercial input into key contracts, partnerships, licensing and other strategic agreements.
Support the scaling of the business and ensure appropriate funding and capital allocation.

Company Secretarial & Governance
Ensure compliance withASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act and governance requirements.




Manage ASX announcements, statutory records and regulatory lodgements.
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, papers, minutes and resolutions.
Support the Chair and MD & CEO on governance, Annual Report and AGM matters.

About You
Mandatory ASX-listed and Co. Sec experience.
Significant senior finance/CFO experience, ideally including capital markets and investor relations.
International and high-growth business experience.
Preferred experience with capital raising
CA, CPA or CFA qualified, with a relevant Finance degree and/or MBA.
Strategic, commercially focused and highly team-oriented, with solid attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
