NCI Packaging is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the Glendenning manufacturing facility in Recent South Wales. You will be responsible for protected, productive operations and for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people metrics.

The role requires 5–10 years of Plant Management experience in manufacturing, with a hands-on leadership style and a proven track record in Lean and CI to improve productivity and safety.
