Flourish Australia is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the development and growth of services across Northern Sydney, Western Sydney, the Nepean Blue Mountains and Far Western NSW. The position is full time with Monday to Friday work and regular travel.
You will lead a team of Managers, drive operational performance, manage budgets and build partnerships to deliver recovery‑oriented services that support people with lived experience of mental health challenges.
