CASUAL | MONDAY–FRIDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
Looking for a hands‐on job where you're outdoors, active, and making a real difference in the community?
We are currently looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our FOGO rollout team across the City of Swan.
This is a practical, fast‐paced role suited to people who enjoy physical work, being out on the road, and working as part of a supportive team.
You'll play an important part in helping deliver the City's three‐bin system rollout, supporting better recycling and waste outcomes for the community.
What You'll Be Doing:
No two days look the same.
You'll be out in the community completing a variety of tasks, including:
Driving a Workpower ute or van throughout the City of Swan to complete daily bin delivery and collection routes
Delivering, exchanging and collecting residential waste bins and lids
Assembling, loading and unloading FOGO, General Waste & Recycling bins (140L–360L)
Carrying out bin swap operations at residential properties
Exchanging bin lids in line with customer requirements
Accurately completing route sheets and recording bin serial numbers
Conducting vehicle and equipment pre‐start checks before each shift
Reporting incidents, hazards, and near misses to your supervisor
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets

Have courier,



delivery or driver experience (highly regarded).
Are confident driving a ute or van as part of your daily duties.
Are comfortable around machinery or keen to learn (training provided).
Have a strong safety mindset.
Work well in diverse teams, including alongside people with disability.
Bring a positive, practical approach to work.

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's licence (HR highly regarded)
National Police Clearance
Nice to Have:
HR Driver's Licence
Forklift Licence (HRWL) and/or Mobile equipment experience
